Official Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility a. The raffle is open to legal residents of United States of America, Canda and Mexico, aged 18 or older as of the date of entry. b. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sweepstakes of Dreams, its affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or members of the same household are not eligible to enter or win. c. The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

3. Raffle Period a. The Mystery Dream Car raffle and 100k in cash begins on 4/10/2025 at 12:00 am and ends on 4/10/2026 at 12:00 am (the “raffle Period”). b. All entries must be received during the raffle Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter a. Purchasing tickets is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing a ticket will increase your chances of winning. b. To enter, participants must purchase ticket which are available right here on this site under the Get Tickets Now tab. c. There is no limit on ticket purchase entries per person throughout the raffle Period. d. Automated or bulk entries are excepted and will not result in disqualification.
5. Prize Details a. Prizes for the raffle are as follows: Mystery Dream Car raffle and $100k cash, including their Approximate Retail Value $579,986. b. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received out of 300,000 tickets. c. All prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. d. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted for cash or another prize, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification a. Winners will be randomly selected in a drawing conducted on or about 4/20/2026 at 1:00 pm. b. Winners will be notified by [method of notification, e.g., email, phone] within 7 business days of the drawing. c. Winners must respond within 5 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. d. The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions before awarding any prize.
7. Release of Liability a. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes of Dreams, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the raffle or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
8. Publicity Rights a. By accepting a prize, winners grant permission to the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide in perpetuity, in any and all media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions a. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the raffle. b. Any attempt by any individual to undermine the legitimate operation of the raffle may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Disputes a. Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the raffle shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Arizona/La Paz County. b. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona/La Paz County, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Privacy a. The Sponsor will collect personal information solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and in accordance with its privacy policy, which can be found at Sweepstakesofdreams.site/privacy-policy. b. By entering, participants consent to the use of their information as described in the privacy policy.
12. Winner List a. To obtain a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 39688 S Ave 48 E, Salome, Arizona, 85348 after 4/10/2026 but no later than or check out the past winner’s page on the sight list 6 month of Drawings End Date.

Participation in the “Sweepstakes of Dreams” is subject to the following terms and conditions. By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and accept the decisions of the sponsor as final and binding.

5. Limitations of Liability: The sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries due to technical or human errors. By participating, entrants release the sponsor from all liability related to injuries, losses, or damages arising out of participation or acceptance of a prize.
6. Publicity Rights: By accepting a prize, winners grant the sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
7. Void Where Prohibited: The raffle is void in locations were prohibited by law. All entries must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
8. Modification or Termination: The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle if any unforeseen issues arise, such as technical failures or tampering.
9. Governing Law: The raffle is governed by the laws of La Paz/Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of La Paz/Arizona.
